How did you integrate technologies hardware and online in this project?

We started the digipack by using hardware, being our IPhones. We travelled to London to photograph our artist in an urban environment. We then placed the photos which we had shot into Adobe light room where we adjusted the contrast which darkened the image, and then turned up the saturation which gave the photo a vintage washed out look. We then transferred the image to adobe photoshop. In photoshop we filled the road sign which removes the original writing making the whole sign white. We then chose a font which would be typical on a road sign and placed the artists name on the sign. From here we then warped the image to make it look more realistic.

The font which we used, we have used throughout all of our products. We found the fonts on DAfont.com an online programme. We then downloaded the font on to our computer software allowing us to lay the font over our image. The font is called linear beam, which gives a vintage, static feel. This links to the washed out digipack representing a retro feel.
