When creating the website Used Wix.com, this is an online website creator. We chose to use a blank page rather than using a template, this gave me far more freedom when creating the website and i felt it gave the website more flow. We then filmed a video which was separate to our music video, we filmed this on two Iphone X's on an app called VHS cam. This gave the perfect aesthetic and had a very similar washed out look which is the same as our music video.

I then used an online program which provides thousands of different fonts, dafonts.com. We chose a static VHS font which obviously linked in very well with our music video and the video we filmed for our website. I entered the artists name into the Static font and screen shot the result. I then had to edit this in wix, using the photo studio. I removed the white background of the font, using a tool which erases images based on their colour, leaving just the font. 

 

I then used canva.com again to create the tour date page, i used a very basic white font and had to space the tour date, location and a link to buy equally. Canva allowed me to get very accurate measurements and alignments, so that the tour date, location and link to buy were on the exactly the same level with the same spacing in-between. I then used WIX.com tool to add a link to an image, i added a link to all of the "buy" buttons on the tour date. I then got a link from a popular ticket provider and added the link to the button. This then redirects you to buy tickets when pressing the button.

For the shop page on the website, i created a different page. I created a button labelled "SHOP" and placed it under the tour dates. As i set a link to the button it redirects you to a shop page.

I then used adobe photoshop mix on my Iphone, this an offline software which is the basic form of photoshop. I used this to create different products for my page. I started getting a photo of a blank hoodie and then using the eraser tool to remove the background. I then got an edited photo if our album cover and placed it over the hoodie, making sure it was exactly centred and in the same place for the different products as i also created T-shirts.
